Seraphia is the dam to our Spotlight Sale buckling sired by Willow Run Caesar Redemption. Redemption is a son of the four time National Champion, Rishona. We feel Waiilatpu WRR Samson will be a wonderful influence on the Alpine breed. For further information on Samson go to http://adga.org/spotlight_sale/samson.html.

Seraphia, is one of the sweetest does we have and she is a personal favorite. She oozes with dairy character, and flat bone. She peaked at 18 + lbs milk this last year. [barn records] She is upstanding, and has beautiful breed character. This whole line has this beautiful Alpine head we so admire.

She was 3rd place Senior kid at the 2002 Nationals.

In 2003, she was 3 X 1st.

She was shown in 2004 going 1 X 1st, 1 X 2nd, and 1 X GCH.

She was 6th place 3 year old at the 2005 Nationals.

When Seraphia freshened in 2007, I told Kathy that she was spectacular. She has not disappointed us in any way. She was shown at the ISDGA show and went GCH/BOB in both rings. She also was named BDIS and BUIS with 156 Senior does.

On an extremely sad note, we lost Seraphia a week and a half before we left for Nationals. We are still feeling the loss.

No Angel is a stunning broken red chamoisee. She is extreme in dairy character and udder attachments. She has many GCH/BOB/BU wins to her credit. She has perhaps the longest fore udder in the herd giving due regard to her age and number of lactations.

She has been to 3 National shows placing 6th Sr. Yearling, 11th place 4 year old and 9th place 5 year old.

In 2000, she was 6 X GCH/BOB, Best Udder of Breed and member of our Best Dairy Herd in Show at the Eastern Idaho State Fair.

No Angel has held up quite well over the years. She freshened this spring with 2 does and a buck. We are anxious to see what these girls freshen like as they are double ++*B Waiilatpu Yreka Newbold. No Angel has a GCH daughter in Dar Addington's herd.

Amethyst is the total package in our opinion. She was 1st place 3 year old with 1st udder at the 1999 National show. She has a tremendous area of udder attachment, plumb teats, seamless fore and high wide rear. She is the extreme in dairy character and excels in general appearance as well. She was the Best Udder of Breed at the 1999 National Show.

The Spring of 2000, she contracted mastitis after an udder injury. Her normally high production suffered. It is sad to say but Amy is finished with her show career due to this udder injury. She is a tremendous asset to us in her brood doe ability.

2006 Linear Appraisal FS 2-05 VG 89 (VEVE) Coded for lopsided udder

Abby is another lovely daughter of Redemption. She was named 3rd with 1st udder yearling, at the 2005 Nationals. We were naturally thrilled to say the least! She LA VG 89 VEVE even though she was coded for an off half of her udder. She is tall, sharp, dairy and stylish. She is very flashy in color and is a stand out in the pasture. She has the quiet, loving disposition of her doe line that is really helpful to deal with on a daily basis. She is very people oriented.

Abby was shown at the Nationals this year where she placed 10th in a tough 3 year old class. She is still suffering from being lopsided. This is a problem I am not sure we will fix. She is a lovely doe and we have 2 beautiful daughters out of her. We will freshen one of them next Spring out of Tsavo.

Blackie is the highest producing doe in the herd....ever. Her high day in the spring of 2000 was 20.5 pounds.

In very limited showing, Blackie has won 1 X GCH, several RGCH and a BUOB.

Her solid black color makes her an eye catcher especially when she is fitted for showing. Blackie's rear udder is high and wide with a nice long fore extension. Blackie has freshened with quads two years in a row. She is proving herself to be a very valuable brood doe.

She tied for #9 in the 2001 Top Ten Production with 4,130# in 305 days while being shown several times.

Her 2002 daughter out of Newbold was the Alpine AI Junior Futurity winner at the Deer Park, WA. Show.

Casey is perhaps the best brood doe in our "Promise" dam line. She is the one who is most proven to pass on her good qualities and even better than herself. Casey was 5th place, 4 year old with second udder at the 1995 Nationals. She was first place Produce of dam at the 1998 and 1999 Nationals. Her most famous daughter Kassandra who is our highest LA doe at 92 EEEE at 5 years of age. Her daughter, Waiilatpu Goliath's Caitlin tied for #9 on the top ten list in 2001 with 4,130# of milk in 285 days.

Casey had a sister in the 1993 Spotlight Sale who is GCH Waiilatpu James Morning Dove.

Kassandra from our "Promise" line has the distinction of having our highest LA score in the herd. LA 92 EEEE at 5 years of age. She was the 1st place 4 year old with 1st udder at the 1999 Nationals. She has perhaps the finest general appearance combined with one of the best udders in the herd. This is exactly the kind of doe we wanted to breed when we bought Hoach's SRS Goliath many years ago. Kassandra is a doe that dreams are made of. In our opinion, taking a look at her fitted for a show is a breathtaking experience!

Her show career has been outstanding having several GCH/BOB/BU and BDIS awards. She was shown 4 times in 2001 going 4 X 1st, 4 X BOB, 1 X BDIS, and 1 X BUIS. Kassandra traveled to the 2002 National Show as a 7 year old where she placed 2nd with 2nd udder. In 2003, at the National show Kassandra was 5th place after becoming gravely ill on the trip to Iowa. Kassandra was named the highest production doe at the 2003 National show.

She is very dairy and has extremely flat bone and angularity. She has a near ideal, feet and legs. Her head is very typey, wide muzzle, big bright eyes and she is very intelligent! She is definately the "queen" and lets no one forget it.

In 2000, Safina was undefeated in her class at the shows and received 1 X GCH and 2 X RGCH.

In 2001, she was 6 X 1st, 1 X 2nd, 2 X GCH and 1 X RGCH, plus Best AI Futurity Senior doe in show and a member of the first place Dairy Herd and GCH at the District VII Alpine Specialty.

In 2002, Safina was BOB and Alpine Senior Doe Futurity Champion in Deer Park, Washington.

In 2003, she placed 5th place at the National Show.

2004 Safina was shown three times and was BOB and BUOB all three times.

We have had some trouble the last couple of years getting Safina to settle. We finally got her to settle last year and she kidded the 23rd of July. She was less than a month fresh when we were appraised. We are hoping that she is settled this year, as we had to give her a shot to come in heat. We have done a repeat breeding in hopes of getting another Saige. We can not seem to get her bred so have decided to part with her.

She LA Ex 91 EEEE as a 6 year old. She has one milking leg in limited showing. Coupled with her dam Gretchen she was 1st place dam and daughter at the District 7 Alpine Specialty in 1999. She was also the 1st place yearling milker at that show in Clark County, WA. She is strong boned, has great feet and legs and is wide both front and rear. She has a very strong head, but could use a bit more femininity. Her mammary system has not moved since she was a yearling, it is still snugly attached all the way around. She has an interesting breeding to Cooper which could be one of her best breeding's yet.

In 1999, she was 3 X 1st. In 2003, Gaby has been 2 X 1st, 3 X 2nd, 1 X GCH, BOB and BUOB.
